Winner of Homearama 2018's All-People's Choice Award, Andre Frazier, founder of Frazier Homes, unveiled his stunning creation, the ‘Stonewood’—a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath masterpiece spanning 6,500 square feet. The Stonewood perfectly blends rustic transitional style, featuring striking wooden beams, an abundance of natural light, and luxurious amenities such as a finished basement with a theater, wine cellar, and pool table.
“I’ve been thinking about this home for a long time,” Frazier shared. “I’ve been thinking about what would I showcase.”
The Stonewood exemplifies Andre’s vision of harmonizing natural elements with modern luxury, setting a new benchmark for excellence in custom homebuilding.
A Transition from the NFL to Custom Homebuilding
Andre’s journey from the NFL to homebuilding was a natural progression. After earning two Super Bowl rings with the Steelers and finishing his football career in 2010, Andre turned his competitive spirit and strategic mindset toward building dream homes.
“Building at this level is very competitive,” Frazier noted, emphasizing the parallels between the challenges of professional sports and high-end custom home construction. His passion for creating unique spaces was inspired by his father, Guy Frazier, a former Cincinnati Bengal and accomplished home builder.
