ANDRE FRAZIER

You may know our president, Andre Frazier, from his glory days as a captain of the University of Cincinnati bearcats and defensive end with the Pittsburgh Steelers. After earning a degree in finance and completing a stellar college career with the Bearcats Football team, Andre went on to help the Steelers win two Super Bowls during his pro career.
Always inspired by his parents' passion for remodeling, owning, and renting apartments, Andre followed his NFL career by diving into acquiring and rehabbing real estate. Shortly after, he landed a job with a top builder, where he then spent seven years gaining the experience, he needed to master the custom home building process. With his own unique vision, Andre went on to found Frazier Homes. Establishing a fresh spin on custom home building, Andre won the all-people’s choice awards at his first time in Homearama.
Since launching Frazier Homes, Andre has established himself as a leader in the construction community and a pillar of philanthropy in the greater Cincinnati area. Andre serves as Second Secretary of the Greater Cincinnati Home Builders Association an Executive Board position within the origination. Moreover, Andre was appointed by the state of Ohio’s acting Governor to serve on the Residential Construction Advisory Committee for the State of Ohio. The committee works to make statewide decisions on all things housing, including managing affordable and luxury housing disparity. Adding to his impressive philanthropic work, Andre serves on the UC College of Business - Linder committee whose mission is to bridge the gap between alumni and current students. The committee’s goal is to find out what students need regarding internships, community, and advocacy–and keep alumni connected with the school and current events. With his involved community work, Andre is effectively shaping the entire state’s building model–with everyone benefitting from the expertise he brings to the table. His skill transcends not just the local market but statewide as well. Intrinsically motivated by doing what is right, one of Andre’s primary goals is to use Frazier Homes to support the community.

Andy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University in 1995. Shortly after, he began a long and accomplished career in commercial construction, working in the industry from 1995 to 2022. Over the years, Andy held a variety of roles, ultimately serving as an Operations Manager for the final 10 years of his commercial construction career. In that role, he oversaw large-scale projects, led cross-functional teams, and ensured operational efficiency and quality across every phase of construction.
In 2022, Andy joined Frazier Homes to pursue a passion for residential building. Now focused on crafting high-quality custom homes, he brings decades of leadership experience and technical expertise to each project, helping clients bring their visions to life with precision and care.

Meet Sammi, Our Dedicated Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator at Frazier Homes, Sammi plays a key role in ensuring that every custom home project runs smoothly from start to finish. She works closely with clients, trade partners, and the internal team to manage timelines, coordinate schedules, and oversee all the moving parts that go into building a one-of-a-kind home. Her ability to stay organized, think proactively, and communicate clearly makes her an essential part of the client experience.
One of her main responsibilities is leading the selections process—an exciting and highly personalized part of the journey for every homeowner. From flooring and tile to cabinetry, lighting, hardware, and paint colors, she guides clients through each design decision with a balance of creativity, attention to detail, and practicality. Sammi understands how important it is for a home to reflect the unique style and needs of the people living in it, and she works hard to make that vision come to life in a fun and stress-free way.
Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with clients and seeing how each home comes together, knowing that every decision she helps with plays a part in someone’s future memories.
Sammi brings a background in Marketing from Ohio University, where she earned her degree and developed a strong foundation in communication, client service, and brand experience. That education has carried over into her work at Frazier Homes, where she combines her eye for detail with a deep understanding of how to create a thoughtful, enjoyable experience for homeowners.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and prioritizing health and wellness. Working out is a big part of her routine, whether it's hitting the gym or enjoying time outside on a walk or run. She also loves spending time with family and friends, exploring new local spots, and finding inspiration in everyday details—whether it’s a beautiful space, an interesting texture, or a perfectly styled room.

Matt is a Cincinnati native growing up in Loveland and now residing in Anderson Township.
Matt has been working in residential construction since he was a teenager. After attending Moeller High School, he went to college and earned an associate and bachelor’s degree in construction management.
Through the years Matt has gained experience in both commercial and residential construction. Custom Homes has always been his niche and joined Frazier homes with the goal of providing high-end, high-quality, custom homes.
In his spare time Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 daughters, and dog, attending his daughter’s sporting events. He also enjoys hunting, specifically spring turkey season.

As Construction Estimator at Frazier Homes, Bobbie Jo is responsible for setting the foundation for a smooth home build. Working with others in the Frazier Homes team to make sure that the homeowners will get there dream home. She works closely with our contractors and suppliers to verify the that the materials and quality of work are of the highest quality to ensure that the Homeowner gets their one-of-a-kind dream home and is within the budget they desire.
Responsibilities include comparing our material estimates with the materials that are being supplied. Confirming that everything that is required for the build is coordinated, on the schedule and stays within the budget. Working with the Project Managers to coordinate the schedule and help resolve any site requirements that they may need. Ensuring a smooth process and keeping our trades partners informed. Working with the Project Manager to coordinate the Homeowners desired personal finishes.
With 30+ years in architectural commercial, retail, residential construction and mechanical industrial construction. With her skilled knowledge in both design and construction. She is very detail oriented, organized and efficient. Bobbie jo is always making efforts to help make the building process go smoothly. She continues to learn new processes and to further her education on the software and also the materials available.
Outside of work Bobbie Jo enjoys her hobbies of doing home improvement projects, house plants, and woodwork projects. With her love of the outdoors, she enjoys hiking, camping, and just spending time in nature. She also enjoys experiencing the local festivals, food, and music with her family, friends.
She is a grateful to be part of the Frazier Homes team, given the opportunity to work with a great team of talented professionals and getting to help fulfill Homeowners dreams.
