03 | Final Agreement

Once the design, specifications, and project budget are aligned, we prepare a detailed construction agreement outlining the scope, materials, allowances, and expectations for your custom home. This creates a clear foundation before moving into selections and construction planning.
04 | Design Selections & Project Planning

Our design team guides you through selections for your custom home, coordinating materials, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, and other details with the architecture and overall design vision. At the same time, our team develops the construction plan that will guide the project from groundbreaking through completion.
05 | Construction

Construction begins with disciplined project management and ongoing communication.
