1: Drawing the Dream
Milestone: getting your big ideas onto paper.
4-6 WEEKS

WE WILL:
We will work exclusively with A++ rated architects and award-winning home designers.
YOU WILL:
Attend a first architectural consultation, providing guidance on your style and selection choices.
2: Plans and Pricing Estimates
APPROX. 6 WEEKS
Milestone: final plans confirmed.

WE WILL:
Once preliminary plans become final plans, we will begin to source information to calculate your estimates.
YOU WILL:
Begin the process of securing financing.
3: Final Contract
Pricing can be held for a maximum of 21 days.
MAX. 21 DAYS

WE WILL:
Confirm final plans and cost and draft the contract.
YOU WILL:
Confirm final plans and cost and sign the contract.
4: Selection and Project Plan
3-4 WEEKS
It can take 3-4 weeks, on average, to get the building permit needed to begin construction.

WE WILL:
Begin the onboarding and selection process, which includes a full project plan, and apply for permits.
YOU WILL:
Make all final exterior decisions and begin meeting with the design team for the selection process.
5: Construction
TIMELINES VARY WIDELY
We will provide an estimated closing date, keeping in mind there can always be unknowns that impact the timeline.

WE WILL:
Once permits are in, building construction will begin.
YOU WILL:
Continue design meetings, as well as receiving daily updates from the construction site.
6: Final Walk Through
HOME STRETCH
Final walk through will happen about a week before your closing date.

WE WILL:
When construction is close to completion, we will schedule a final walk-through.
YOU WILL:
You will attend the final walk-through and plan your move.
7: Move Into Your Dream Home
TIME TO MOVE IN

WE WILL:
Once the ink is dry on the closing papers, we will hand over the keys to your one-of-a-kind custom home!
YOU WILL:
